1. Overview
At MSME Guruji, we are committed to delivering transparent and dependable business consultancy, statutory registration, and tax compliance assistance. We strive to provide a fair, balanced, and practical refund and cancellation framework based on actual service progression and milestone completion.
2. Cancellation Before Service Work Commences
If you request cancellation of a service order before our team has initiated document verification, drafting, or official preparation, you may be eligible for a full refund of the professional fee paid, minus applicable transaction processing fees.
3. Cancellation After Professional Work Commences
Once document review, name search, legal deed drafting, form compilation, or portal data entry has begun, professional fees become non-refundable in proportion to the administrative time and effort expended by our team. If substantial work has already been completed, no refund will be applicable for professional service charges.
4. Statutory & Government Fees
Any statutory fees, challans, stamp duty payments, DSC generation charges, or government portal fees that have already been paid directly to official government bodies (such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, Income Tax Department, FSSAI, or State Labor Departments) are non-refundable, as government departments do not refund statutory fees once paid.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction or excess payment, the customer should notify our support team immediately with transaction references. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be processed for refund to the original payment source.
6. Service Ineligibility / Departmental Rejections
If an application is rejected or queried by a government authority due to pre-existing regulatory restrictions, invalid customer identity credentials, or customer failure to provide required clarification documents, the professional fee will not be refunded. However, our team will assist in reviewing the departmental query and advising on corrective filing steps where feasible.
